2. How long is the lease term?

The lease term is agreed upon at the start of the agreement and can be adjusted based on mutual agreement. The lease begins on the agreed start date and continues for the specified duration unless terminated earlier under the terms of the agreement.

3. How and when will I receive payments?

Payments are made monthly on or before the agreed due date via M-Pesa™️ or Cheque.
A grace period of one (1) week is allowed for late payments, provided there is prior communication.
